Join Nassau Pickleball 365

Our policies are to enhance the safety and enjoyment of all activity participants in a wide variety of facility uses.

Rules of Pickleball:  USA Pickleball Rulebook for all play and events.

Etiquette: The USA Pickleball Sportsmanship Guide provides standards for all players on and off the courts.

Safety: All players are responsible for determining that court conditions and player behaviors support safe play for all.  Report unsafe conditions to NP365 Staff.  All players are strongly encouraged to wear proper shoes and use eye protection.

Smoking/Drugs: NP365 is a non-smoking/non-vaping facility.  Use of behavior or judgement altering drugs, including alcohol, is not allowed.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the grounds, in the buildings or courts.

Attire: Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are to be worn while playing pickleball.  Shirts are required at all times.

Age: Players 16 years and older are welcome as individuals. Players younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Liability Waiver: All players participating in NP365 activities must have a signed Liability Waiver on record with NP365.

Event registration:  Members can sign up 30 days in advance; Non-Members 15 days in advance; Visitors up to 24 hours in advance.

Court Reservations: Members can reserve 30 days in advance; Non-Members 7 days in advance; Visitors up to 24 hours in advance.  The Player making the reservation must participate in the reservation.

Cancellations:  Must occur 24 hours in advance of the event or reservation.  If less than 24 hours, fees will be charged.  Other events, such as Leagues and Lessons, are subject to specific cancellation policies indicated at the time of registration.

No-shows:  Players will be charged the fees for the reservation/event. Repeated no-shows to events by a Member or Non-Member may result in loss of registration privileges.

Anti-social behavior: Such as fighting, foul language, and arguing – can be grounds for suspension of membership or loss of privilege to play at Nassau Pickleball 365.

Food: No food, gum, candy or drinks are allowed into the fenced pickleball courts.  All food and beverages must be consumed outside of the courts. 

Personal Gear: All gear bags are to be stowed on benches or fencing outside of the courts.  Please label all personal equipment or belongings with your name.  Lost articles will be held for 2 weeks and then donated.

Music: We allow it on the courts but be mindful of your court-neighbors.  Keep the volume low.  And if asked to turn it down or off, please do so.

Weather & Closures: Nassau Pickleball 365 is open every day of the year. However, we will follow Nassau County Government closures due to weather to ensure our employees and players remain safe. Our Club status will be posted on the website and the Member Portal.

Rain/Lightning: Avoid playing on wet surfaces.  Notify the Front Desk if wind driven rain is affecting the playing area of your court(s).  If lightning is nearby, seek shelter either indoors or near the court nets – away from the support trusses and fences.
