Court Reserve Application
A form of payment is kept on file for all membership types to enable payment for all reservations and activities at the time of booking.
An electronic waiver must be digitally signed by all players (members, non-members) prior to playing at Nassau Pickleball 365.
Policies
Nassau Pickleball 365 is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not allowed.
Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking court shoes are to be worn while playing pickleball.
Players 16 years and older are welcome. Players younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All players must sign a Liability Waiver prior to playing pickleball.
Memberships: Annual Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships may be “paused” due to serious medical issues – contact the Front Desk.
Event registration: Members can sign up 30 days in advance; Non-members 7 days in advance.
Court Reservations: Members can reserve 30 days in advance; Non-members 7 days in advance. Members can reserve up to 4 hours of court time daily. A Member must be a player in their reservation and cannot make reservations for others.
Cancellations: Must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the event to receive a credit to your Court Reserve account. Other events, such as Leagues and Lessons, are subject to specific cancellation policies indicated at the time of registration.
No-shows: Repeated no-shows to events by a Member or Non-Member may result in loss of registration privileges.
Poor behavior: Such as fighting, foul language, and arguing – can be grounds for suspension of membership or loss of privilege to play at Nassau Pickleball 365.
Weather & Closures: Nassau Pickleball 365 is open every day of the year. However, we will follow Nassau County Government closures due to weather to ensure our employees and players remain safe. Our Club status will be posted on website and the Member Portal.
